Careers at WestlandWestland Milk Products is one of the largest employers on the West Coast. We employ more than 330 staff across our first class offices and production facilities, including our head office in Hokitika and state of the art newly built warehouse and office facilities in Rolleston, Christchurch. -
CadetshipsWe offer two cadetship positions each year for school leavers who reside in the West Coast region. The programme is intended to ensure that the company has suitably qualified staff to enable it to meet future challenges for the organisation.

Tertiary ScholarshipsEach year we provide an opportunity for up to three West Coast students to receive assistance with university fees and holiday work from November to February. Full employment is offered after graduation, subject to a position being available.
