Bernard was appointed General Manager, Operations in August 2009 and has more than 25 years experience in the food and beverage industry in various technical, operational and sales roles. Prior to joining Westland, Bernard was general manager of a Lion Nathan business unit where he was responsible for providing vision and leadership to the business and adding strategic value to customer relationships. Bernard thrives on commercial leadership, operations management, people development and project management.
