Our Values

We were founded on principles of unity, dedication, loyalty and respect for others. Our founding director Mark Wallace - dubbed Mr Westland for his services to the community - was an honest, direct and fair man who believed strongly in the mutual value of the cooperative system.

Today mutual value applies to all facets of our business including customers, staff, the board and dairy farmers. We constantly strive for excellence and continuous improvement in everything we do. We only recruit competent and motivated people who respect and live by our values.
