Westland Milk Products produces a wide range of premium quality Caseinate Powders from fresh precipitated (“wet”) acid casein curd - itself precipitated from fresh pasteurised skim milk. This typically gives our caseinates a more bland flavour profile than those produced from casein curd produced in the cheese making process. WESTPRO^TM  Instant Calcium Caseinate is a spray dried, totally reacted milk protein manufactured through acid precipitation of casein, direct neutralisation and spray drying. This product has a bland flavour, making it ideal for use in flavour sensitive formulations. Lecithin has been added to improve its reconstitution properties.
